Uneven motor access (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Grocers 11 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 11 km. Swimming pool 11 km, indoor swimming pool 36 km, tennis 11 km, golf course, riding stables 14 km, mountain railway 20 km, ski lift 300 m, ski school 18 km, toboggan-run 50 m, cross-country ski trail, ice rink 11 km. Please note: car essential. The chalet is situated on the Wassertheurer Alm approx. 1400 m above sea level. In summer, there are many hiking possibilities from the chalet and in winter, there is a small ski-lift near the Alm. You will find quiet and relaxation here in fresh mountain air.
