Parking, in the grounds, individual garage. Grocers, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 200 m. Swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, riding stables 1 km, ski lift 500 m, ski school 4 km, cross-country ski trail 100 m, ice rink 2 km. Use of the sauna with prior permission of the owner. Topography:
Health resort in northern Moravia, with 14.000 inhabitants, situated 200 km north-east of Brno, 5 km from Lazne-lipova at the foot of the Jeseniky mountains, 440 m altitude. Places to visit: church dating from 15th century, the castle and the monument in the park in memory of Vinzenz Preissnitz. Javornik has a large castle built in baroque style, Jansky vrch is 24 km. Karlova Studanka, town built on the banks of the Bila Opava 25 km.
