Horicky is situated in a lovely wooded foothill landscape, 35 km northeast of Hradec Kralove. The nearest town is Ceska Skalice 10 km, with its famous artificial lake Rozkos (10 km2) with bathing, fishing and watersports possibilities. Opportunities for trips down the river 25 km, in the surrounding area of Ratiborice, Nachod, Opocno, Kuks. Riding. Worth seeing are the castles in Ratiborice 5 km and Nachod 28 km.
