The town is situated on the foot of the Luzicke Hory. It is famous for its bohemian glass craft. Bohemian glass is among the most valuable craftwork in the world. It is worth a trip to the glass museum. Excursions: Sloup castle, 3 km which is built directly at the sandy rocks; the rocky formation Panska skala which is known as 'Gentlemen Rock' is 4 km away and the Castle Bezdez from the 13th century is 33 km. Ceska Lipa 8 km, Decin 33 km.
