Washing machine (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). Parking. Grocers 3 km, restaurant, bus stop 1.5 km. Mountain railway 12 km. Lake suitable for swimming with angling available (daily tickets) 550m. Farm 700m (Milk and eggs for sale). Bicycles for chidren and adults (free of charge). Welcome drink. A barbecue evening is organised every fortnight. Own organic vegetable garden.
