Indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. For shared use: Little courtyard behind the house with own mountain water-source. In winter the starting point for cross country skiing is close to the house.

Small Auvergne town situated 7 km from Mont Dore, 50 km south of Clermont Ferrand, known for its hot water spring centre specialising inthe treatment of respiratory problems. La Bourboule has some very good facilities to make an enjoyable holiday:casino, cinema, discos, museums, leisure park Le Parc Fenestre situated in the heart of the town, from the Charlannes cable car. All shops nearby. Swimmin gpools (indoor and outdoor), horseriding, mini-golf, tennis, hiking. Ideal departure point for numerous trips: St Nectaire, Le Mont dore, the Auvergne volcanoes. In winter: cross country skiing, alpine skiing at Mond Dore 7 km. SNCF station.
