Cremosne 4 km from Turcianskych Teplic: house, 2 storeys, built in 2004, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position. Private: grounds 450 m2 (fenced), meadow 2500 m2, arbour (13 m2), fireplace. In house: table-tennis (all included), billiards table, ski storage, washing machine (drying room). Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Topography:
Spa resort with 6000 inhabitants, situated at 520 m of altitude, on the edge of a park. It is one of the oldest Spa resort in Slovakia. It is situated 22 km south from Martin, 32 km noth east of Banska Bystrica. Worth a visit the caves of Harmanecka Jaskyna 15 km, the small village of Kremnica with the castle 30 km away, Mosovce 8 km.
