Private: grounds 5000 m2, natural garden, lawn sunning area, swimming pool, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In house: sauna (extra) solarium (extra). Parking by the house. Grocers 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 4 km. Swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km, golf course 15 km, riding stables, ski lift 10 km, cross-country ski trail 3 km. In the neighbouring basement flat (separate entrance) there is a massage practice where the already mentioned sauna and solarium are situated (only possible during opening times) - massage to be booked locally.
