It is a large house La Lauradelle, 3 storeys, in the resort, 700 m from the centre, in a busy position. In house: ski storage, central heating. Public parking. Grocers 700 m, restaurant 500 m. Indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. For shared use: Little courtyard behind the house with own mountain water-source. In winter the starting point for cross country skiing is close to the house.

La Bourboule has some very good facilities to make an enjoyable holiday:casino, cinema, discos, museums, leisure park Le Parc Fenestre situated in the heart of the town, from the Charlannes cable car. All shops nearby. Swimmin gpools (indoor and outdoor), horseriding, mini-golf, tennis, hiking. Ideal departure point for numerous trips: St Nectaire, Le Mont dore, the Auvergne volcanoes. In winter: cross country skiing, alpine skiing at Mond Dore 7 km. SNCF station.
