Upper floor: gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed, hand-basin. Electric heating. Terrace covered. Terrace furniture. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. Heating to be paid according to use from 1 Oct to 30 April. The double sofa bed in the living room serves as an extra bed.
Residence:
The village Lapeyre in the Perigord Vert is a development of chalets on a wooded 7 ha site with ponds. For shared use: swimming pool (depth 100 - 177 cm, 01.06.-30.09.), tennis, children's playground (swing). In house: lounge with TV, table-tennis, billiards table, telephone box, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking. Grocers 5.2 km, restaurant 3.3 km. Please note: car essential. The swimming pool measures 12.5 x 6.5 m. There is no driving within the development. Pets must be on leads. Excursions to the Lascaux II caves and other cultural places of interest can be booked locally.
Topography:
This village is located 30km south of Rochechouart and 20km north of Notron. Good starting point to make excursions.
