Topography:
Spa resort specialising in Rheumatology, at the foot of the Canigou. It's a favourable location for walks or horse rides in mid and high mountain areas. Walks can be accompanied with fortification visits, abbeys such as that of St Martin and Canigou and St Michel de Cuxa, but also numerous churches and roman-style monestaries. The place is suitable for fishing and water sports due to it's proximity to gorges, lakes, streams and caves. The resort is about 50km from the sea, Andorra and from Font Romeu.
