Topography:
The village is situated on a raised area above the west shore of the Lake of Como, approx 5 km from Menaggio, at an altitude of 595 m. Pleasio is a typical quite village because no cars are allowed along the narrow streets. It is a good starting point for excursions in all the directions such as Ticino 40 km, St. Moritz 100 km.
