Bruck: Exclusive biological residence chalet, built in 2000, above Bruck, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope south facing position, in the green. For shared use: grounds, garden. Lawn sunning area. Garden furniture, children's playground. In house: sauna. Parking. Motor access to house (in winter snow chains necessary). Grocers, ski bus stop 3 km, railway station 3 km. The holiday house is in the midst of the Europeean Sportregion Kaprun-Zell am See, on a large shared area with another holidayhome (A5671/121) and an organic farm belonging to the owner. Organic products are available on sale (jam, cheese, honey etc). It has also a specialist restaurant. For thechildren: petting zoo and sometimes cookingcourses with the hostess.
