Topography:
Small picturesque town protected from the wind by the bay. Town with flowering walls which had guarded against the Turkish invasion. Still today, it has remained the centre of historical culture with many Baroque churches which are the town's emblem. Every day, there is a wonderful lively atmosphere, in the evening it is wonderfully peaceful. Nightclubs, pizzerias and trattorias. Several pebble and shingle beaches.
