House situated in the hills high above the lake Traunsee: Nice, cosy country house, renovated in 2003, 5 km from the centre of Altmünster, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the green. Private: garden 1000 m2 (fenced), lawn sunning area, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 200 cm), garden furniture, barbecue. In house: bar, sauna, billiards table, games room, central heating, washing machine. House maid 2 times per week on request (extra). Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house, individual garage. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 900 m, bus stop 2 km. Swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km, tennis 5 km, golf course 10 km, ski lift 7 km, toboggan-run 5 km. The swimming pool is a natural bathing pond (no dogs allowed!) and sunbathing meadow to the north of the property. There is also a sunbathing area to the south.The house especially lends itself for a 2-3 family holiday, as each family can have their own area. Winter: Tobogganing in the surrounding meadows or the small ski resort nearby (3 lifts in 7km). Please respect the nature reserve area in which the house is located.
