Rustic country house, renovated, in the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, on a side street. Private: grounds 100 m2 (fenced), garden furniture (slide, swing, sandpit). Parking by the house, in the grounds. Grocers 50 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 50 m. Swimming pool 500 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds.
Topography:
This health resort is situated in the suburbs of Hruby Jesenik (patriarch mountains) in the wide Morava (March) valley not far from the estuary with the Desna (Tess), 65 km north west of Olomouc and 6 km south west of Sumperk. The town is well-known because of its 18th century castle and its sulphur springs. Excursions possible: the Velke Losiny spas with its beautiful renaissance castle; a paper museum 15 km away; to Sumperk, birth-place of the singer Leo Slezak, with remains of the Gothic town walls.
