Steep, narrow motor access to 300 m from the house. Footpath to the house. Public parking 300 m. Shop, grocers, restaurant 3 km. Please note: car essential. Wonderful view over the Poets Gulf, Lerici and the Palmaria Island. The house is reachable from 2 parking lot, from one of them via 300 footpath from the other via a flight of steps (180).
Topography:
Picturesque village and holiday resort situated at the edge of a peninsula streching out to the sea, west of La Spezia Gulf. It is separated from the island of Palmaria by the sea. Typical narrow houses, built very close to each other and decorated with beautiful bright colours.
