The house is situated 200 m from the main road Ibiza-San Joan. Grounds are partly cultivated.
Topography:

Airport Ibiza 30 km. The whole area is steep and wooded. In the north there is Portinatx bay and other sandy and shingles bays. Worth a visit are the caves of Culleram.
