Cannes, with the picturesque area of Suquet, the residential area of la Californie, is one of the most elegant and famous seaside resorts on the Cote d'Azur, between St Tropez (78 km) and Nice (32 km). Both sides of the old harbour have magnificent sandy beaches. Between the two harbours the famous Croisette bordered with palm trees borders the Palais des Festivals, the edge of the sea and the beaches on one side, shops, cafes, restaurants, palaces and casinos on the other. Horseriding, tennis, golf, beach, boat hire, water skiing.
