Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. Parking by the house. Motor access to house, except in winter 30 m from the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Grocers 1.2 km, shopping centre 1.5 km, restaurant, bus stop 1 km. Swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 600 m, tennis 900 m, riding stables 600 m, ski lift, ski school 2.6 km, cross-country ski trail 10 m.
Topography:
SpSpa town 640 m above sea level, Vysne Ruzbachy has 1100 inhabitants and is 37 km north of Poprad, 24 km from Tatranska Lomnice and 30 km from Stary Smokovec. Slovensky, protected area of natural beauty, is 50 km away. During the 17th century Vysne Ruzbachy was the destination of the privileged Polish and Hungarian tourist. Today it still is the main spa resort of Slovakia.
