Grocers, restaurant 1 km, railway station 1.5 km. Sandy beach 150 m. The complex consists of 3-storey apartment houses. Possible to use the beach services by a specific beach with bus shuttle (extra, 14/06 - 13/09).
Topography:
Harbour town with 17'000 inhabitants in lovely position on a rocky island in the Gulf of Tarent and connected to the modern suburb on the mainland by a bridge. It is 25 km south of Lecce. The lido of Santa Maria al Bagno is 12 km to the north and can be reached via a romantic road along the Riviera Neretina which has been hewn out of the rocks in places.
