The flats are situated in a modern residence in the bay of Nisporto, about 200 m from the sea. They are furnished in a simple and functional style, and each flat has a small fully-equipped terrace overlooking the 10x20 m., 15.05 - 27.09 swimming-pool (shared with the other guests of the residence) and with a fine view over the gulf and a stretch of coastline. An open parking-space is also available for guests. The nearest food shop is 50 m from the residence, while not far away are the centres of Rio nell'Elba, with all essential services, Porto Azzurro (12 km) and Portoferraio (14 km).
