Old villa with chapel, formerly a Ghibelli oratorium during the Middle Ages, later converted to a solid structure and finally into a holiday complex with 20 apartments and a modern wellness centre. Different elements point to Etruscan origins whilst the gallery on the 1st floor with statues and covered balcony was added in the 18th century. A semi-circular basin and a small multi-faceted temple adorn the premises. Historical residence Linari, renovated 4 km from the centre of San Rocco, 8 km from the centre of Siena, in a secluded, quiet position, in the green. For shared use: grounds, garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool with built-in steps (8 x 16 m, 28.05.-01.10.), paddling pool, outside shower, tennis (1 x hard court) (extra), table tennis, patio, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. Topography:
Sovicille is situated 10 km west of Siena in a hilly position. The histrical centre is still the same size it had in the 14th century.
