Tenuta di Bevignano stands on top of one of the hills between the Sienese Chianti Classico area and Monte San Savino and which then drops down towards the Val di Chiana. The property consists of a total of five apartments located in 2 farmhouses (ca. 100 m. from one another). Both have been carefully restored respecting the local tradition. In the first building we can find Casa Linda, Casa Vanna and the owners' flat, in the other: Casa Ghigo and Casa Gesuina. Roomy outdoor areas (to be shared) with a swimming-pool and artificial tennis-court (to be paid on the premises); each apartment has its own private furnished area. Furnishings are in a comfortable country style. Tenuta di Bevignano occupies a lovely spot with a good view about 3 km from the town of Palazzuolo with its grocery store and restaurant, 10 km from Monte San Savino and 35 km from Siena. At the inside of the property it is possible to buy biological typical products. Tv for hire on request. Washing machine 10.50 per wash. Casa Linda only is equpped with heating (included in the price). For shared use: swimming pool (7 x 14 m, 08.05.-16.10.). Tennis (extra). Parking by the house. Topography:
Monte San Savino is a town with ancient routes with around 8000 inhabitants. It is situated 20 km south west of Arezzo on a hill 330 m high which looks over the Esse valley. Monte San Savino is a landscape centre. Here you will find art memorials from the latter part of the renaissance. Arezzo30 km, Siena 50 km, Florenz 70 km.
