Sandy beach 100 m. The residence comprises of 34 apartments with lift. Please note: the lift is accessed by 5 steps and stops between floors (access by 10 steps). It is possible to have outside private parking (to be reserved at time of booking 35 euros). Pets allowed 16 euros/week. Cot hire 20 euros/week, to be requested at time of booking. Arrival/departure only on Sundays. Nearby (preferential rates for guests): private beaches, parasending, water skiing, scuba diving, golf.

Juan les Pins with its picturesque surroundings, lies in the centre of the Côte d'Azur, between Nice (23 km) and Cannes (11 km). Long sandy beaches. Hikes and excursions inland. All water sports, lido, pleasure harbour. Juan les Pins is especially interesting because of its promenade, beaches, casino, boutiques and sun-terraces.
