It consists of 1 ground floor Double Bedroom with 2 mangers as its main features. 3 Bedrooms, one en-suite with Terrace overlooking the BBQ Area & Pool on first floor, which can be reached either by an internal or external staircase.
Residence:
On entrance a large arched Sitting Room (which can be utilised as an extra bedroom) with original manger, plus Cable TV with DVD player. An internal courtyard. A large fully equipped kitchen (with smoke detector)/dining leading to BBQ & Pool Area, 4 Showers, Washroom, 4 TV Sets with Cable, and an Easyline telephone and safe. We also provide baby's equipment, such as:- cot, 2 playpens, 1 high chair and two other chairs.
All rooms are furnished with brand new Pine Furniture. This Farmhouse has a 24ft x 16ft private swimming pool with Jacuzzi, and a large deck area.
All your bed linen, towels, cutlery crockery and cooking utensils, cleaning and full fixtures and fittings are included. All you need to bring is yourselves, your clothes and personal belongings.

Topography:
The Maltese Islands enjoy a healthy climate, with mild winters and a hot summer season. Cold winds, snow, frost and fog are unknown. Rain falls between September and April. It seldom rains after April, and nearly never in summertime.
The temperature averages 57.5 degrees Fahrenheit in winter (Nov-Apr) and 89.6 degrees Fahrenheit during the summer (May-Oct). The hottest period is from mid-July through mid-September although the islands seldom get too hot, as hot summer days and nights are regularly tempered by cool sea breezes.
There are no mountains or rivers. The majority of fields are small and terraced, but despite lack of rain and other adverse terrain conditions, agriculture is well developed.
