Topography:
Serinchamps is part of the Ciney district, which in the past was a fortress town and now the economic centre of Condroz. Places to visit include: the St Roch castle in the park, St Nicolas church dating back to the 18th century, limestone building with 11th century crypt. Chevetogne, situated several kilometres south of Serinchamps is also worth visiting with its Benedictine monastery which has grounds of 500 hectares (with stretches of water, animal and bird reserves, open air olypmic swimming pool, go-carting, horse riding...).
