The site consists of 4 terraced houses: 2 holiday houses (seasonal let), 1 rented house (long-term let), 1 owner's house. Terraced house, outside the resort. For shared use: grounds 1 ha, trees, swimming pool, secured (10 x 5 m, depth 150 - 150 cm, 01.05.-30.09.). Shop, grocers, restaurant 800 m. Tennis 800 m, golf course 4 km. Please note: car essential. Deckchairs and a dining table come with the swimming pool.
Topography:
Chateaurenart is situated 6 km south of Avignon, 11 km north of St-Rémy-de-Provence. The village has all sorts of shops, Olympic swimming pool, 8 tennis courts and a castle from the 14th. century.
