Pretty little cottage, attached to the owners Cornish house built around 1830, situated approx 100 m from the sea and the sandy beach. Grocers, shops, pub, restaurant all within a few minutes walk. Parking. Night storage heating included during the winter. Heating available during the summer, if necessary, at extra cost. Power costs payable by GBP 1 coin meter.
