6-room apartment, practical and modern furnishings: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed, shower/WC. 4 rooms with 1 bed each, shower/WC. Kitchen-/living room (oven) with TV. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.
Residence:
Modern residence Seabraes Hall, in the resort, in a central position. In house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Parking. Shop, grocers, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 200 m. Swimming pool, tennis 500 m. Laundry is coin operated. Payphones on site. Easy access to all major routes. The apartments are used by the University students except in Summer. Visitors may use University sports facilities including swimming pool (all extra) located within 500 m from Seabreas Hall. Arrivals/departures possible any day of the week, minimum 7 nights.

The city of Dundee stands on the north bank of the River Tay and is a perfect starting point for touring some of the most beautiful areas of Scotland. Perth approximately 35 km, Edinburgh approximately 99 km, Arbroath approximately 25 km. Large shopping centre, many shops selling local produce, crafts and paintings, good selection of restaurants and pubs, leisure centre with swimming pool, bowling, golf, shooting and fishing trips, cinemas, theatres, castles. museums, art galleries. Sights worth seeing in the area: Glamis castle at Forfar, Crombie Country park, Angus Folk Museum.
