Tourist resort on the Adriatic Coast Road with good bathing possibilities, about 45 km north of Zadar, and with the breathtaking backdrop of the Velebit Mountains. The National Park Paklenica (entrance 3 km from Starigrad) is the most impressive Natural Phenomenon in Velebit, and a pardise for hikers.
