The town Vauvert with 10'000 inhabitants is situated in the heart of the vineyards of Costieres de Nimes, 30 km east of Montpellier, 17 km south of Nimes, 16 km west of Arles. Beach of Stes-Maries de la Mer and Grau du Roi 25 km. Rambling on foot and excursions on the bicycle. Fishing. In Gallician, 7 km, there is a small canal harbour.
