House, on a farm, divided into two independent parts, close to the road whichleads to the castle. The owner lives in the large part of the house. Separate entrance. Ploubazlanec 5 km from Paimpol: house terraced, in the resort, 100 m from the centre, 2 km from the sea. Parking. Grocers 100 m, restaurant 500 m. Sandy beach, shingle beach 2 km.
Topography:
Small town on the north coast with fishing and yachting harbour, 45 km north-west of Saint Brieuc. Railway station. Small beaches nearby. Special attractions: Pointe de Guilben, Abbey of Beau-Fort, Chapelle of Perros-Hamon, Tower of Kerroch. Tennis, lido. Ploubazlanec and the hamlet Louguivy are 3 km north of Paimpol, the famous Island Brehat with its pink coloured rocks lies opposite.
