For shared use: grounds 5 ha. Parking. Grocers 8 km, restaurant 50 m. Public bathing area 300 m. Please note: car essential. This residence consists of chalets scattered in a woodland which is paradise for the nature lovers. It is situated 300 m from a yacht centre which all kind of water sports plus tennis and children playground. Please take note that property must be left clean on departure (or you can pay locally for it). Electric heating. Heating to be paid locally by meter. Barbecue extra Euro 2.50 per day.

This area is in a lovely position away from the main roads and in the middle of wild countryside bordered by rivers and lakes. The Settons lake is 5 km away and offer numerous sports and water sports: hiking, mountain biking, swimming, sailing, tennis. It is particularly recommended for fishermen.
