The house is 250 m above sea level and has a beautiful panoramic view of the gulf, the city Palermo and the Conca d'oro. The grounds of the house has fruit and olive trees.

This magnificent harbour town of 700,000 inhabitants situated in the Sicilian gulf on the northeast coast, is the capital of the province. To the south and west of town, there are numerous fruit tree plantations 'Conca d'Oro'. In the hinterland, there is a vaste mountain circle surrounding the town.
