Sun roof, approx 20 m2.>PLEASE NOTE: the upper floor twin bedroom has access to the bedroom with 1 x 2 bunk beds and the shower/bidet/WC is between both rooms.

House Fí del Mon on the outskirts, 500 m from the centre of Cala'n Porter, in a quiet, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 150 m. Sandy beach 500 m, rocky beach 150 m. There is a disco in a grotto, approx 300 m. The house is situated on the cliffs and has been constructed out of stone on the 1st line to the sea.

>>Small resort, in the southern part of the island, 12 km west from Mahón. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar. Access: access via a good road. Airport Mahón 6 km. Ciutadella 40 km. Part of Les Cales Coves which represent one of the most picturesque places of the island. In the area there is a necropolis of the Iron Age with approx 40 caves carved in the rocks.
