The kitchen/dining room is equipped with a coal burning cooker (however, there is another electric cooker with 4 hot plates). The 1st floor has wooden floors. 2 kerosene heaters.

Terraced house in the resort, 300 m from the centre of San Vicente del Monte, in a quiet position. Parking by the house. Grocers 200 m, restaurant 1 km. Sandy beach 15 km. Grounds partly with lawn and terrace (500 m2) with furniture. Barbecue with summer kitchen.

Supermarket, shops, bar. Access: access via a road. Railway station Cabezon de la Sal. Santillana del Mar 38 km. Palya de Oyambre 20 km. Picos de Europa 60 km. It is possible to take many pretty trips into the mountains, which divide the Cantabrian coast. Oyambre beach, which forms part of the pretty nature park of the same name, approx. 20 km. It is possible to play golf in San Vicente de la Barquera 25 km (Golf Sta Marina).
