Maidstone is a town situated between Dover and London in Kent, the county which is known as the garden of England. Dover approx 67 km. Folkestone Eurotunnel entrance approx 55 km. Canterbury approx 44 km. Centre of London approx 60 km. Maidstone is a busy town surrounded by lovely countryside. There is plenty to do in the town and plenty of sights to visit in Kent. Museums, Gardens, River boat trips, Leeds castle plus a good choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Good location to tour the area with easy access to motorways.
