Detached house in the resort, 300 m from the centre of Balestrate, in a sunny position. Private: grounds (fenced). Outside shower. Garden furniture, barbecue. Parking. Grocers, restaurant 300 m. Sandy beach 500 m, tennis 1 km. Tennis court only in July and August. Busy road 20 m.
Topography:
The fishing village of Balestrate is on the north coast of Sicily, 40 km west of Palermo, right on the coast (Golfo Castellammare). From here it is very easy to reach the main towns of the western part of the island such as Palermo, Trapani, Monte Erice, Isole Egadi, Sciacca, Mazzara del Vallo, Marsala etc. by car or by rail. Excursions to the temples of Segesta (20 km), Selinunte (50 km), Agrigento.
