Semi-detached house situated in Gartly approximately 10 km from Huntly in an elevated position in open countryside with nice views. Rather isolated posisition opposite the farmhouse and surrounded by fields (cattle and sheep). Forest with walks approx 1 km. Stream with fishing approx 1 km. Pub and post office approximately 6 km. Shops and restaurants approximately 10 km. Electric heaters. Parking space for 2/3 cars. Well behaved pets only (must be kept on a lead around the farm and fields).

The pretty village of Huntly is situated on the main road between Inverness (approx 77 km) and Aberdeen (approx 70 km) and approximately 22 km from the sea and beach at Banff. It is ideally situated as a holiday centre within easy reach of all the varied attractions offered by the Grampian Highlands: heather covered hills, rolling farmland, cool forests, colourful fishing villages, quiet beaches, ancient castles and facinating whisky distilleries all wait to be discovered. Facilitres available: tennis, putting, table tennis, roller skating, cricket, fishing, indoor pool, pony trekking and horse riding, skiing and mountain biking, walks, Huntly Castle, Falconry Visitor Centre, museum, craft gallery. Many golf courses in the area. There are a selection of local shops, pubs and restaurants.
