The residence Punta Paliagi is part of the private Pevani estate (85 hectares) including 30 properties, in full countryside between the Lava bay and the Liscia bay, accessible by a mountain road, situated 10 km from Sagone and 25 km from Ajaccio. Small residence, 2 storeys, outside the resort, 6 km from the centre of Calcatoggio, in a secluded, quiet position, directly by the sea. For shared use: grounds 1000 m2. Swimming pool (12 x 5 m, 01.05.-30.09.). In house: reception, bar, washing machine (extra). Parking. Grocers, restaurant 6 km. Sandy beach 6 km, shingle beach 100 m. Please note: car essential. Reception open 08:00 - 22:00 hrs. Pets allowed (Eur 20/week). It is possible to have an extra bed for the 2 room apartment for 4 people (Eur 18/week, only on reservation). If used, the heating is extra: Eur 3/day.
Topography:
Calcatoggio is a pretty little village (pop. 600) between Ajaccio (25 km) and Cargèse. Beautiful view of the Sagone gulf. 4 km to the sea and beach.
